Paulo has over 30 years of experience in fire behavior\, ecology\, and management\, focusing on prescribed burning for hazard reduction. He has contributed to significant global reports such as UNEP’s “Spreading like Wildfire” and “State of Wildfires 2023-2024.” His research interests include the interaction between fuel\, vegetation\, and weather in determining fire behavior and its effects. National agencies and practitioners have widely adopted Paulo’s work. \n🔥 Jose Luis Soriano\, Forestry Technical Engineer with a background in Environmental Sciences\, GIS\, and Fire Management. Jose Luis is the Head of the Fire Analysis Unit at Generalitat Valenciana\, Spain\, with extensive experience in wildfire analysis\, training\, and international collaboration. He has participated in various wildfire management projects\, including those in Guatemala and Spain\, and has numerous publications.
